Welcome the Lunar New Year with grace and abundance at UMI Japanese Restaurant’s 春樱初绽五序宴 Luminous Spring – Sakura Bloom 5-Course Dinner.
Set against the glittering Kuala Lumpur skyline, this festive journey celebrates renewal, prosperity, and the fleeting beauty of sakura through five exquisitely crafted courses. Begin with Chūtoro and Salmon Prosperity Tartare, followed by Golden Sea Sashimi, silky Sakura Ebi and Pumpkin Chawanmushi, and Saikyo Miso–Marinated Black Cod. The celebration concludes with Mango Sago Daifuku and Mandarin Yuzu Ice Cream.
