This November, Hokkaido’s seasonal bounty unfolds course by course at UMI Japanese Restaurant on Level 52. The five-course kaiseki journey moves from the clarity of northern waters and silken dashi to charcoal warmth, comforting donabe rice and a graceful Hokkaido milk finale—each composition honouring the ingredient’s natural character while expressing UMI’s contemporary artistry.
Served Monday to Saturday (closed Sundays), lunch is available from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm and dinner from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Priced at RM450 nett per person, this limited seasonal experience pairs Hokkaido’s harvest with Kuala Lumpur’s skyline.
