Begin your culinary journey with an elegant selection of Truffle Edamame, a briny Oyster Shooter, and melt-in-the-mouth Chūtoro Katsu, complemented by the silky richness of Foie Gras Chawanmushi. Savour the pristine freshness of Ichi Mori Sashimi, followed by your choice of Saikyo Miso-Marinated Black Cod or succulent Grilled Jumbo Prawns. The experience concludes on a refreshing note with Yuzu Sōmen, before a decadent finale of Mango Sago Daifuku paired with Mandarin Orange and Tiramisu.
